Loro Piana shoes are designed to evolve over time, developing their own unique character. Extra care will prolong their life. To clean the genuine leather uppers, brush along the nap with a soft bristle shoe brush. Keep away from heat and moisture. Clean the soles with a damp, light-coloured cloth. Avoid using soap or chemical cleaning products on any parts of the shoes. Do not machine wash. Use a shoehorn when putting them on, and avoid wearing them two days in a row to maintain their shape. When not in use, insert shoe trees or stuff them with paper, and place each shoe in a separate cotton dust bag. Exposure to the elements will alter the upper and sole, this is normal and what makes your shoes distinctive.
